Niko Connell

Niko Connell is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Radial Solutions Inc and is responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision and overseeing its implementation. He has over 20 years’ experience in leadership positions in the Army and Industry. Mr. Connell is a proven leader who has managed numerous multimillion dollar technology insertions for Army Aviation platforms. He is an Army Veteran that deployed in the defense of the nation in Operation Joint Guardian, Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Mr. Connell holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with a Robotics Concentration from Austin Peay State University, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). When not working, Mr. Connell enjoys traveling with his family, riding on his motorcycle, and participating in outdoor activities.

Maurice Parker

Maurice (Mo) Parker is the Co-founder & President of Radial Solutions Inc. and oversees all operational aspects of the company. Mr. Parker retired from the Army in 2011 as a Chief Warrant Officer 4, Master Army Aviator having served as a Maintenance Test Pilot, Platoon Leader, Developmental Test Pilot, & Instructor Pilot. Mr. Parker spent the majority of his career flying AH-6 “Little Birds” in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment and has numerous combat deployments. Mr. Parker received a Master of Science degree from Murray State University, a Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and has also been awarded his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
